It was cold. Probably an understatement.

Making the trek was challenging in the cold weather. The rocky slopes and slippery loose rocks made the final part a heart-stopper. In the end we only managed to get to the doorstep of the glacier and never made it onto the glacier itself. The snow storm and the conditions were not worth risking. Still it was such an amazing trek, full of laughter, and warmth when we all huddled together.
